HOW I THINK

I don't begin with

Which framework should we use?

I don't begin with Which framework should we use? VALUES COPIED BY HAND. ONE BAD UNIT IN 1,000. MANUAL EXCEL. THE SAME 3-HOUR PATTERN The problem I was given: mark it faster on paper. The real problem: The machine already knew where it was. E-MAPPING Where does the data already live?. How do we know it's right?. What should a person still decide? Then software makes it faster and better. But it starts on the floor — seeing the problem this way.

Turning ambiguity into systems.

Notice

In 2016 I joined Assembly as a Process Engineer. Within months I kept seeing the same thing: people carrying data by hand.

Build: one person grew into a team of three, from Thailand to the Philippines

BUILD · 2018 · ONLINE DATA

In 2018 I built the first electronic record myself, then grew it station by station, plant by plant.

CONNECT · INTEGRATION

Records were online. The next step: stop people carrying data between machines and systems at all.

SYSTEMIZE · NOW · AI

3+ HOURS → ≈5 MIN. A person makes the decision.

Only once the data was connected did AI make sense — to help people see further, not to decide for them.

One demonstrated Failure Analysis workflow.

3+ hours → about 5 minutes

NEXT · IN PILOT

The next messy problem started with a subcontractor's feedback on how work was loaded.

NEXT · IN PILOT The next messy problem started with a subcontractor's feedback on how work was loaded. The problem I was given: Which subcontractor is free? Which lots belong together. MIN BATCH AI suggests. The planner decides.

The same habit, outside the factory: a way of talking to users became BA Discovery — a method, then a skill, then an AI workflow.

Give me a messy problem. I’ll find the real problem, see how the pieces connect, and turn it into a system.

Let’s build systems that solve real problems.
